Hello, everyone! I’m Young Bald Boss👋
I will report on the progress of my hair transplant after 6 days!
At first, I thought I would report on the progress every few days, but since I didn’t see much change, I had to wait a while..!
In this article, as the title says, I will tell you about the process after hair transplantation, as well as the difference between “temporary shedding” that came to me and shock loss!

It may be hard to see in the picture because of very minor changes, but the transplanted hairs grew a little longer and then started to fall out a little on the 17th day.
Symptom Changes
The hairs in the transplanted area were growing thickly until yesterday, but today, the 17th day, the transplanted hairs started falling out while washing and drying my hair. It appears that I have probably entered a temporary shedding phase.
I have also developed very intense itching, dandruff, and eczema all over my scalp, although I don’t think this was caused by the hair transplant, as this was a regular symptom before the hair transplant.
Furthermore, there is a great deal of hair loss, although it is not clear whether it is due to the medication, shampoo, or shock loss after hair transplantation. (The amount of hair loss has always been high, even before the hair transplant.)
It feels as if it is slipping out.
The stiffness and tightness on the top of my head that I had before is much better.
Temporary shedding and Shock loss
Difference between temporary shedding and shock loss
Today, as I was shampooing my hair as usual, I found short hair on my hand.
I wondered where the hair came from, and I got out of the bath and while using the hair dryer, I touched the transferred hair and found that the hair that had just grown out was falling out!😢
Apart from the shock loss, which is a temporary increase in existing hair loss that appears 3~4 months after hair transplantation, I had kind of heard about temporary hair shedding once the transplanted hairs also fall out, but I was a little worried because the timing was earlier than I expected.
I’m still worried now that I’ve heard about it.😅
Medications and supplements taken
I started using a new therapeutic shampoo-like topical solution
In addition to the Duman 0.5 mg, zinc supplements, and noxidil tablets 10 mg I am taking, which I mentioned in my last article, I have also started using Comclo shampoo.
Please see the following articles for more information on each!
・Hair transplant day 11 : Peeling scabs and unstoppable hair loss
I am currently taking a Noxidil tablet 10 mg, 1 Duman 0.5 mg each, and 2 zinc supplements daily before bedtime. Comclor shampoo is once a day.

Summery
I was worried about baldness and decided to have a hair transplant, and it has been more than two weeks since the surgery.
What I think now is that just because I had the surgery doesn’t mean that my problems will disappear in an instant, and if anything, there are times when I feel like they are increasing.
Currently I have problems and concerns about loss of volume outside of the transplanted area due to previous hair loss, itchy scalp, dandruff, and temporary shedding.
I’m also concerned about future shock loss.
However, after all, when I see other people’s experiences and the before-and-after pictures of the monitors, I get encouraged every time and feel that I will do my best, too.
Many people like me are currently having hair transplantation and are anxious, or who are considering hair transplantation and are anxious, or who have a variety of problems.
I will keep telling myself that I am not alone, and I will continue to do my best.
Thank you very much for reading to the end! ☺
